Gaurav joined Ananya as COO and has made significant contributions in the company’s turnaround over the past 7 years. Chartered Accountant by qualification with 20 years of experience in banking (Citi, Standard Chartered) and a clean-tech start-up entrepreneurial venture.

PRANAV DESAI
Chief Financial Officer
Pranav leads and manages the team of Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation and Compliance. He has over two decades of experience in BFSI sector with leading NBFC, HFC and Business Correspondent (BC). His experience includes Strategic Planning, Finance Management, MIS & Budgeting, Compliances, Audits, Taxation, Portfolio assignment & Migration, System Designing & Implementation, Merger & Acquisition and Due Diligence. He has worked with Start-up NBFC & taking it to the scale, and with Mid & Large Size NBFC in Retail finance segment.

ABHISEK KHANNA
CEO, Prayas Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.
Abhisek is currently working as CEO of Ananya's subsidiary company - Prayas Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. He is PGDRM from IRMA and has ~20 year of experience in retail micro-banking started his career with SIDBI Foundation for Micro Credit and then setting up and leading the microfinance business for one of India’s largest private sector banks. He has also done important stints in scaling up SME, MME and Agrifinance business verticals.

NAGENDRA RAJAWAT
Sr. Vice President, Agrifinance and MSME
Nagendra Singh Rajawat leads Agri & SME finance verticals at Ananya Finance. He also handles capacity building projects, CSR initiatives and impact related activities at Ananya. He has around 17 years of work experience spread across several geographies in a variety of organizations like Bharat Financial (erstwhile SKS Microfinance), HDFC Bank, GIZ etc. He has handled MFI field operations, relationship management, finance, project management and consulting roles in the past. He holds an MBA in Rural Management from IRMA. His areas of interest include start ups, personal finance & health. He likes travelling & reading books.

RAMESH MUTHUSWAMI
Head, Credit and Risk
Ramesh leads the Credit and Risk functions at Ananya Finance. He is a chartered accountant with 18 years of post qualification experience in the spheres of credit rating, corporate banking, risk management and rating advisory having worked with a leading credit rating agency and a large bank. He has extensive experience in sectors like microfinance, gold loans, affordable housing finance and small business loans.

NILAY SHAH
Asst. Vice President, Product & Technology
Nilay is working as AVP for products and technology at Ananya. He has been associated with Ananya for 6 years. Nilay has completed his CA in 2015. Nilay aids the company in technological upgradation, digital inclusion and research. He has been influential in developing softwares and systems to automate operations at Ananya. Nilay enjoys being creative and entails interests in film making, music and travelling.

Ms. Anjali Shah is working as VP (Accounts & Taxation). She is a Chartered Accountant has a varied experience of 11+ years in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and Finance. She is associated with Ananya for more than 4 years. At Ananya she is involved in accounts, taxation, treasury and all statutory compliance including RBI compliances.
Anjali Shah
Vice President & Head - Accounts and Taxation

Kapil leads the technology spectrum of Ananya as the Manager for Technology Strategy. He has 17 years of experience in the field of IT. Kapil has worked on diverse domain specific software solution projects for various organisations. Throughout his career, he has garnered experience in hands-on coding to building up teams to providing 360 degree IT solutions to businesses around the world. In Ananya, Kapil is responsible for development and implementation of all IT projects.

Shrabanti Patel is responsible for handling the Human Resources for wholesale and retail business. She is a post graduate in Human Resources from Pune with 17 years of experience in the HR pursuit. Has worked for Indian and oversea countries across different functions of HR.

JAGDISH PULPATI
Head, Treasury
Jagdish is CA & MBA (Finance) with 16+ years of experience in the areas of Fund Raising (including Raising of Equity through Private Placements & IPOs and Debt through Term Loans & ECBs), Budgeting, Financial Modeling, Accounts Finalisation, Taxation, Insurance, Bidding, Tariff Filing etc.

DIVYA RATHI
VP - CS and Legal Dept.
Divya Rathi has more than 14 years of experience in the legal and statutory compliances. She has multisectoral experience in reputed organizations at senior level managing all legal and compliance matters. By qualification, she is a Company Secretary, MBA(Finance), Insolvency Professional and a Law Graduate. At Ananya she handles overall regulatory aspects including RBI, SEBI, Companies Act Compliances and is also involved in Litigation matters.

Randeep Bose
Asst. Vice President, Internal Audit
Randeep Bose is working as a AVP, Internal Audit. He has 15 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control and Risk Management. He is a qualified MBA/PGDM in Finance from ICFAI University, B. Com and Diploma in Financial Accounting. He was associated previously with L&T Financial Services, RBL Bank, SVCL, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited etc. He is doing the primary role of forming the Internal Audit Department for Anaya Finance. He is managing the audit team, recruitment, training and all related audit works within the organization.

Nidhi Panicker
Asst. Vice President, Operations
Nidhi is an MBA graduate and has been with Ananya since Inception of the Company. She heads the Portfolio Administration Department. Her work involves Portfolio Hygiene, Data management, Client documentation, Disbursements, and Operations Compliances.

SHWETA RATHOD
Manager, People and Culture
Shweta Rathod is working as a HR Manager at Ananya. She holds +13 years of combined experience in human resources, process and project management. She is quite versatile in managing operations and adept in handling teams and engaging employees.

Bansari Buha is working as a Manager for Social Performance Management and Development Communication at Ananya. She has completed her Post Graduation in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and IT Engineering from LD College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. Bansari holds 1.5 years of experience in the development sector.
