Gaurav joined Ananya as COO and is currently working as MD. He has made significant contributions in the company’s turnaround over the past 7 years. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with 20 years of experience in banking (Citi, Standard Chartered) and a clean-tech start-up entrepreneurial venture.

PRANAV DESAI

Chief Financial Officer

Pranav leads and manages the team of Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation and Compliance. He has over two decades of experience in BFSI sector with leading NBFC, HFC and Business Correspondent (BC).

ABHISEK KHANNA

MD & CEO, Prayas Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.

Abhisek is currently working as MD & CEO of Ananya's subsidiary company - Prayas Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. He is PGDRM from IRMA and has ~20 year of experience in retail micro-banking started his career with SIDBI Foundation for Micro Credit.

DIVYA RATHI

VP - CS and Legal Dept.

Divya Rathi has more than 14 years of experience in the legal and statutory compliances. . By qualification, she is a Company Secretary, MBA(Finance), Insolvency Professional and a Law Graduate. At Ananya she handles overall regulatory aspects including RBI, SEBI, Companies Act Compliances and is also involved in Litigation matters.
